I was billed thousands of dollars for basic cleaning and a few small fillings — no more than a few millimetres. Based on what I actually received, I believe the amounts submitted to the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) by Dr. Shaolin Zhang and Amore Dental were significantly inflated.
