My daughter purchased a prom dress there. The dress had to be sewed, the hemming is totally uneven (longer in the front) and it has a big stain that my daughter didn't see when she bought it for $189.00. Way over priced for a used dress in that condition. I am very disappointed. She should have bought locally & gotten a new dress for less money.

Horrendous customer service experience- twice! The first time I came in looking to browse because I had just gotten engaged, and we are planning two celebrations- one small one in St Cloud and a bigger one in my home town in Canada. I recently purchased my wedding dress at this store. Brenda was amazing! She was the one that found my dress. All dresses are reasonably priced and beautiful. She was also very patient as I tried on many dresses. They tell you to take your shoes off from getting the bottom of the dresses dirty. Which makes complete sense.
