Ordered $300 of skincare, courier lost it (admitted it). Seller won’t respond for 4 weeks. No refund, no help. Shame, because I was a returning customer. Be careful buying from them.
Quite dissapointed with the Customer Service. My daughter order some products and she didn't get anything. I have been chasing Beauty Amora for over 2 months to get her money back. The phone number listed in Google is no taking calls. I want to speak with some Managers at Bauty Amora about my situation.
