My hot water heater broke on a Sunday and I was referred to Bruce at Amonte plumbing. I called him on a Sunday and he answered the phone. He tried to squeeze me in the next day and texted me in the morning with an update. He texted again in the early afternoon to let me know he would not be able to make it and referred me to another plumber who he thought might be able to come sooner.
