Manque de détails sur le devis et une fois le rendez-vous pris, après avoir échangé par message texte (pas de réponse par téléphone) et avoir fait une relance, on m'impose une pénalité de 60$ pour un rendez-vous partiellement annulé sur une facture de près de 1000$. Difficile de fidéliser sa clientèle quand on agit ainsi. Je n'y retournerai malheureusement pas malgré l'excellence des mécaniciens en atelier.
