After offering me loan options with an absurd 30% interest rate they said that they had other options and that they were going to transfer my call to an advisor to go over my loan options. I then had a conversation with a Lexington Law advisor who never identified themselves as a credit repair service. They talked me in to allowing them to run a credit check which I allowed under the impression that they were a lender, so, instead of helping my credit, they put a credit check on my credit report at a time while I was seeking... read more
Bait & switch, from applying for a loan & Hearing " great news we can help you. To talking to an attorney for 3x as long who just wants you to give money for credit report & to help remove things on your report. If you dont sign up with the Attorney, I assume you wont get the loan. I told her than after speaking to her for about 10 minutes. When I told her I refuse to allow for any moey to exchange because I havent even heard about any loan info- she quietly (not a word said) hung up. If you dare fill out the form for the options, then AmOne blows your info out to every lender out there and you'll be bombarded with emails and phone calls. They can't show you your options - they have to call you to discuss them. It's a sham to get your info and sell it to every predatory fly-by-night lender out there.

We spoke with Ms. ******* to discuss her concerns. Overall, she indicated she was satisfied with our feedback. She has our contact information for any other questions that may arise.
I was told by one representative that I was approved, the other representative told me that the pervious person would not know that. They said I would receive an email with details. I never did. I called to tell them and they said I would receive one in the next 5 minutes and were very rude. I still did not receive an email but I did not call back due to not wanting to deal with the rude customer service. I feel like I wasted my time contacting them.

Very unprofessional. The representative I spoke to was harsh, and it appears that they only want you to accept whatever terms of payment they propose..it is me who need your help, I should be able to tell you what I can afford to pay. They talk about matching you with the right lending agency, I don't think they match you with any lending ageny. When I started asking questions the guy got very upset and I could hear him raising his voice at me. No customer service etiquette.
Disgusting. Management is ABSOLUTELY disgusting. They treat their Customer Service people horribly. I am aware of people who work here. And I honestly feel for them. I have heard SO many CONS about this place. This place is also a ***** They will bombard and harrass you until you answer to hear them speak about their ridiculously high interest loans. They will say they have other options... (THEY DON'T). They say they are "Loan matching specialist" yet they just read off of a script just like a regular person off of the stre... read more
They advertised a low intrest loan and then pushed me to a middle man company that would require me to pay them. False ad to start with. They need to tell the truth.
