VERY PROFESSIONAL, FAIR APPRAISER. ARRIVED EARLY, TOOK GREAT NOTES, AND PICTURES. I VERY HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS COMPANY!!
BANKS AND BUYERS BE AWARE!!!!! This appraiser does not give accurate appraisals and uses incompareable comps. He does not disclose accurate sq. footage on comps, adjusts the picture quality to black/white when needed and photograhs only sections of the house to distort both comps and subject property. What he considers good/fair/poor is beyond unreasonable.
