SA's Best Party Store – I love this place- it's a S.A. institution- they've been around forever. I love to go there for every holiday to decorate for the school or for the home. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. They always give great ideas and suggestions- it's obvious management trains them to be customer oriented. Worst Customer Service EVER – I called to place an order over the phone since their system online was not able to take my free shipping offer and the customer service representatives, including managers were not able to honor my promotion. The promotion was clearly stated on their website. They were anything but polite and nice. They said they would have to check with someone else, I guess the owner, but the owner or senior manager was not on site and they did not make the slightest attempt to locate him.
