Very disappointing experience. I waited over an hour to see the doctor, and after my visit I had questions about an upcoming procedure. I called the office three times and was repeatedly told the doctor would call me back, but I never received a call. I also had to contact the lab myself to get my test results because they were not available online. Then was told results are only discussed if you schedule another appointment and pay another copay. Dr Shah is a excellent doctor. One thing about him, he will get to the root of the problem. He always listens to his patients. I recommend him. I always been satisfied with him.
Neither the doctors office staff nor he respond to requested call back concerning medication issues or test results. I would not recommend him
