I try to avoid leaving negative reviews, the first time we went it was great but my recent experience of the service was so poor I feel I have to write this. First, upon being told to have a seat nothing was brought to our table for a few minutes. I had to stare at the servers that were glued to their phones to get menus brought over which were just tossed on the table. Every time I eat it I am tempted to cry tears of joy
They denied a wheelchair user with a trained service dog entry. When they were told that the Americans with Disabilities Act forbids discrimination against individuals with disabilities and mandates that service dogs may accompany their owner in restaurants, they replied that a food inspector told them they could violate this law. As of 6/23/23, they stand by this. Since they have not replied, we can assume that as of 6/20/25 they still stand by this.
