I waited 3 months to see Dr. Sura. He was an hour late for the appointment and was rushed. After ordering several lab tests and discussion of starting a new medication based on the lab results, he ghosted me for 3 weeks. I've reached out multiple times and continue to be waiting for results and discussion of medication. This behavior is both unprofessional and deplorable for a patient. I do not recommend Dr. Sura.
Awful service and a scam. All they care about and push for is their not covered by insurance procedures. They are so disorganized and always have a long waiting even with appointments. We travelled from out of town to get some treatments for my wife, they were very happy to take our money upfront and when my wife had an issue with one of their out of pocket treatments, we couldn’t get a hold of anyone on Dr. Amol’s team for weeks. Save yourself some time and money. DO NOT go to him P. S. The staff is very rude.
