What can I say about this gym... Besides that, it's an awesome environment.It's very motivating.They have a lot of coaches that have lots of knowledge and cross fit. I have been treated well here and I feel welcome here.I will continue to keep going to this gym

I really enjoy being a part of Amoeba! This gym cares about its members a lot! Shout out to Coach Jess and her nutrition program that has helped me so much in reaching my fitness goals! I could not have done it without her support!! If you are interested in getting help with nutrition (no matter what your goals may be) she is the lady to talk with!!

I was introduced to Amoeba CrossFit by a friend (shout out Rachel) who had only the best things to say about this place. I was recovering from an ACL reconstruction so I was nervous about possibly joining something new with my injury background. The owner, Sam, welcomed me with the best attitude and the coaches provided accommodations that would allow me to ease my way back with caution.
