Absolutely horrible customer service. I would not recommend for any services.
There has been continuous issues with online banking to make loan payments. I just recently purchased a new vehicle and there has been issues with the system since day one! I had an issue with the system saying that my first loan payment was due last month after making the payment early back in October.
