Been a customer here since 2019 for JR Pass and flights. Love their new JR Pass option when purchasing online where you can pay with Shop app and have installments. My most recent JR Pass Order in August 2023 was processed under 24 hours and sent to me. Not sure what’s happening with the phone lines though. Nobody picked up when I called. Maybe they were closed. Will continue to make purchases. Happy overall.
