This review is of Amneal Pharmaceuticals in general; I called regarding a faulty Eluryng and received unsympathetic customer service. I was given a list of directives to follow in order to be credited for the faulty item that included photographing and sending the faulty item to their facility. YUCK. This is in addition to other phone calls and faxes I’d need to make. I’m confused as to why I would need to complete a series of tasks for AMNEAL’s error. What a terrible company.
Your company deserves to rot in hell and go bankrupt for what you do to patients. Your medication is not what it claims to be and patients are being harmed over it. You are sending pain patients into excruciating pain with non quality drugs shipped over from India. Even worse our government hasn't done quality control on you in at least 4 years. You are harming patients the most vulnerable people.
