Was here for work related purposes which I will not disclose. However, the staff w8th whom we met were exceptional! The front entrance personnel were very respectful and polite. I was extremely impressed with the results of the work trip.

This review is of Amneal Pharmaceuticals in general; I called regarding a faulty Eluryng and received unsympathetic customer service. I was given a list of directives to follow in order to be credited for the faulty item that included photographing and sending the faulty item to their facility. YUCK. This is in addition to other phone calls and faxes I’d need to make. I’m confused as to why I would need to complete a series of tasks for AMNEAL’s error. What a terrible company.
