Second time in the same office, I had billing issues during preventative visit. Dr. Feroze asked me if I had any questions, I said “no” as because of my previous experience I knew if I ask a question, I would get billed for it. I didn’t have any issues to report, period. If I had, I would, of course, bring it up, regardless of charges. Dr. Feroze then asked me one question from my previous visit. I'm fortunate in having Dr Feroze as my primary care physician. She takes the time to listen, ask questions, and is thorough in providing me with the care Ive needed. I trust her completely.
I went in today due to a fall i took yesterday am and evening my left hand up to my left shoulder goin into my neck were hurting badly I also rolled my ankle and hit my right knee when I fell I tried to tell her all my concerns and what happend she tol me to get xrays on something I didnt need and refused to put on xray my hand after I tol her I can't put any pressure on it she was in my room all but 2 min this was the worst dr experience I have ever experienced i refuse to go back to someone who dont give a rats butt if a p... read more
Does not listen to your concerns and is in rush to get you out the door. She is more worried about preventative measures versus actually talking to you about your concerns. Did not accurately document in my chart regarding the visit, no way to dispute it. Be careful. Would not recommend.
Dr. Feroze, Nurse Michelle, and Nurse Jessica (in the lab) are absolutely amazing. You can tell that they genuinely care about their patients. We need more doctors and nurses like them. I’m thankful for them.
