Dr Diwan did not listen to my concerns and I ended up with huge complications because of lt. Would give a 0 if I could.
I went to be seen for a protrusion on my wrist. I was taken in late (almost 40 minutes) to my appointment. I was told the Doctor will be right in. When I realized almost a half hour has gone by I had to open the door and asked I’m sorry but did you guys forgot I’m in there? Doctor will be right in. She finally came in. I showed her my lump on my wrist and she said “ya you will have to see a surgeon for that!”. I tried to ask follow up questions la and she said “I'm not a surgeon. Dr Diwan was very knowledgeable and thorough. She was very patient and answered all my questions. Everyone else that I dealt with was friendly and professional also.
I was lucky to draw her for emergency surgery after I shattered the top end of my tibia. Every doctor who saw the "before" x-ray said there's no way that mess is going back together, but she did it -- absolutely who you want for a difficult orthopedic operation. I found her bedside manner very congenial with plenty of facts and no sugar-coating. (Maybe a matter of taste, but in a surgeon I value honesty and results more than warm fuzzies.)
