I went there for a haircut for my niece and eyebrow threading for myself, and it was a HORRIBLE experience. I have naturally thick eyebrows and only asked her to clean them, but she made them extremely thin. I am writing to express my concern regarding a henna service I received from your establishment, for which I paid $20. At the time of booking, I was assured that the design I requested could be done accurately. However, the final result was significantly different from what was promised. They only service women at this place, so dont bother coming here otherwise lol. The women who work here are also rude and seem very dim-witted

Lady is so rude. She made us wait hours and then said we I sat in chair she said I have to pay first. Wasted my time, what if I don’t like her work? What would I pay her 200$ before she does any work. I’m a customer how dare she assume im a thief or won’t pay. Boycot this store at all cost.
