Had an application that required immediate action. W Law did not file it for nearly 5 months. Was reassured by Ms. Murray multiple times that we had plenty of time to still deal with the matter before important deadlines. We didn't. As soon as a delay was asked for by the other side, the deadlines were in trouble. Requested fee quotes for actions and was repeatedly refused. After retaining and filled out forms i wasn't contacted for months. I tried to emil and call them even went to their office with no response back. Big waste of time and money. Horrible experience!!
