Online pictures deceived me. Place is in poor repair. Paint chips off the balcony railing in the kids hair. One child cut his back on a waterslide. Locked out of our room and replaced cards at the desk twice and it did no good. Had to wait for maintenance to replace the entire lock. When I called the operator about our keys not working she told me I needed to take care of this problem at the desk. So for 2 hours round and round we got a lock replaced. This was the absolute worst place I've ever stayed. Please don't stay here. I read the reviews and figured it was just a few people who had bad experiences. Definitely not the case. I took several pictures. The toilet and bathroom floor was covered in urine. The bed was so filthy and after calling several times asking, they didn't come change the linen until the next day. My children all piled in one bed. The parking garage was full of dead rats and the biggest roaches you've ever seen. The halls smelled of urine. The pool... read more

WAS TIRED WHEN I ARRIVED ,CHECKED IN WENT TO ROOM THERE WAS FECES AND URINE ON STOOL. THEN WHEN I WENT IN BEDROOM LOOKED LIKE MILK HAD BEEN SPILLED AND DRIED ON BEDSPREAD.FLOOR WERE DIRTY. I WENT AND TOLD THIS TO STAFF WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM NOT MUCH BETTER.I AM DISABLED AND HAD MY GRAND KIDS WITH ME, I WAS ASHAMED OF WERE I HAD BROUGHT THEM.I DID NOT HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO SPEND ON ANOTHER HOTEL OR I WOULD OF WALKED AWAY. THEY WANTED TO STAY,THEY HAD BEEN WAITING FOR AWHILE TO GO TO BEACH. BEWARE.
