Dr. Buddensee is outstanding, the staff are very friendly and I have been very pleased with the care I have received. I would highly recommend their services. However, I had an appt in Whitefield at the suggestion of my pcp because I had been experiencing shortness of breath. I was running late, so I called and would have made it had I not been stuck behind a cement truck. After driving 45 minutes, I was 3 minutes past the window and was told I had to reschedule. I honestly believe that all the people in the Whitefield office are 100% for the patient. Amy Page is wonderful to work with. I feel that she listens to what I have to say. Tasha is always happy to see me. Karen is very cordial and efficient. And there are no words to describe Jean. She always makes me smile. Thank you each and every one of you. .
