Wonderful staff clean great facility and excellent doctors
The facilities are degrading along with the newer staffing. Woodsville has maintained a trip hazard near the entrance. Nepotism has left them with a lazy maintenance guy who's protected in his job and is setting up elderly patients for more injuries as they travel from their car to the entrance. They also haven't been properly vetting new hires. I got assigned a former convict in Littleton last year and had to wait 8 months on a wait list while receiving negligent treatment. Go elsewhere if you can.
The dr. really doesn't know how to be professional and leave her politics outside the door. Throwing ignorant comments every visit gets old.
The staff tries their best and deal with a lot. They always help me if I ask for it and will go out of their way for you if they can. They are busy and sometimes understaffed it seems, but I think it’s more of a systemic issue. I’ve received great care from them.
Ever since moving to The Upper Valley, in 2006, my husband and I have had a really positive experience at ACH. We are in our 70’s now and continue to receive excellent care. Office staff is very nice and very helpful. A very welcoming and safe place.
