Website states they would advise you immediately if not in stock, with expected delivery 3-7days, ordered on the 26/04/2024, still no contact on 01/05/24, I contacted them, who said they didn’t have tiles in stock, should get them in Thursday, and I should get them Friday or Monday. Found out from the transport company that the tiles were only sent on Friday 03/05/24, due to be delivered Wednesday the 8th of May… 12 days after purchase, with no explanation or alternatives offered. Very pleasant to deal with and great priced products
Thank you ammonite team for being so accomodating. First of all I sent my wife down to terryhills with a new born with out even making contact, they brought the samples out, I made last minute changes and they were awesome about it. The mosaics I picked were stunning Id been to 6 other tile outlets before a mate recommended ammonite, as soon as I saw the tile I knew it was the one.
