Very responsive and delivered the tiles exactly when I asked for / when they told me they would. They were extremely accommodating when I had the project unexpectedly pushed back.
Website states they would advise you immediately if not in stock, with expected delivery 3-7days, ordered on the 26/04/2024, still no contact on 01/05/24, I contacted them, who said they didn’t have tiles in stock, should get them in Thursday, and I should get them Friday or Monday. Found out from the transport company that the tiles were only sent on Friday 03/05/24, due to be delivered Wednesday the 8th of May… 12 days after purchase, with no explanation or alternatives offered.
