I recently visited this salon for a keratin treatment, hoping for smoother and more manageable hair. Unfortunately, the results didn’t align with my expectations or previous experiences with similar treatments. When I raised my concerns, I was told that “this is the type of keratin we use” and that the outcome was correct.
