Customer service was great, but one problem. I bought my first firearm there and I paid $300 for a background check. The firearm I bought was a 1911 chambered in 45 acp. He disclosed to me that it was used so it was at $1,000 dollars. It was a kimber raptor 2 custom. I was confused because when I bought a shotgun at another store they told me a background check was only $50-60 dollars and I was surprised.
