Ammie is a great landlady. She has very reasonable monthly lot fees that include sewer, water and electricity as well as garbage pick up. Long term rentals are available when there's an opening. At the moment it's full.(03/2026) This is a mobile home/rv park. Not a recreation area or water park.
Well folks I've been here for 4 are maybe 5 months now. I'm 64 years old ( holding on to 30 years old😀). I've been around a lots of places and campsites RV parks ECT. I will say I've found my home Mrs Annie's Mobile home& Rv plus storage is a peaceful place. Mrs Ammie's is the landlord and she truly cares about the folks that rents from her. Mr. Bradshaws wife Ms Ammie owns this property, and she’s very easy to talk to and do business with. Quiet, good rates, right outside of town, and next to the Highway.
Its a nice park very quiet
