It's been six days i lodged my claim for car accident that was not my fault and provided Aimi the other driver's rego, name, surname and his company address and phone number as well as his own mobile number and still after 6 days they say they did nothing and didn't even contact the driver to see if he admits it was his fault because the provided details were not enough! That's not a service you expect you get from a known and reportable company! i will definitely change my comprehensive car insurance after this case resolve... read more

Rang and asked for a quote & got told my job is too small to quote - got referred by another trade and will never recommend. As NO JOB is too small - little did he know I had another jobs for him to do Never gave me time or day to continue to explain
