I had reached out to them for boat insurance and received an email back with a quote from Kenneth Snyder. when I called today to accept the quote I was given, I was told rudely by Kenneth that his manager told him he could no longer do standalone boat policies But if we wanted to do car or home insurance with them, they would gladly take our business!
