Unprofessionalism at its best. The scheduling department does not bother to verify insurance information prior to scheduling. They do not inform you of any discrepancies until one day before your appointment, but they will gladly collect the $100 self-pay fees to "allow you" to keep your scheduled appointment. We only tried to get an appointment here because it was a hospital referral. We had to wait a month after the hospital discharge to get an appointment. I would give him a lower rating if i could. Does not talk much and does not follow up on his patients. I have called for months and he never returned my calls.. He did a procedure and did it wrong now i have to do another one ..
