My first experience in the lobby consisted of me listening to the front office staff complain and curse about a fellow coworker. They weren’t whispering, it was loud for all to hear. Upon leaving my visit, I asked the same girl to check if my EGG would be covered by my insurance and she said yes. Now I’m being billed for thousands upon thousands of dollars. Also, I called and left a message with the MA and I still have not gotten a call back with a response.
