When we first walked in, we were lucky to meet Mia who made the space feel like a home. After our self-guided tour, we met back up with her, and thanks to her, we submitted an application right then and there. Mia will treat you right!
So the pool is really nice, the apartments are pretty and everything works, it’s very clean. The construction around is never ending, I was told when I moved in (September 2024) the road would be open in October 2024. It has been 10 months and it’s still ongoing. Annoying for a lot of reasons but the big one is there is no guest parking (the front is ALWAYS taken). If you tour and they say the construction is anywhere close to wrapping up, it’s not.
