I live in AMLI RiNo for this past year. The staff was excellent and responsive and the overall apartment was great. Whenever I needed repairs they moved quickly and were communicative.I loved the pet friendly nature of the place! As all places will have, there were some improvements or challenges. The attached dog parks were a tad smelly but it makes since for an outdoor turf dog park. The construction and train noises were noticeable but not too invasive. The neighborhood has improved but there are still issues. We had a car stolen from the property, and the staff was not helpful at all, suggesting that the car was repossessed. There is still homeless people that wander around and shout at you. There is also the ongoing construction, there has been multiple delays and setback. Accidentally deleted my review so here’s the run down. You’re next to a homeless shelter and I’ve seen them in the community recently a person got into the community and the leasing agent on duty was giving a tour and said there was security and somehow they still got in, barefoot and drunk with his clothes falling off. They also sleep by the rocks and chargers, have seen many on my walks in the morning. Just read a review from a year ago about the same exact situation I went through before signing with them. I was told that we had one spot free and the option to buy a garage parking spot because that was a big concern of mine about this place considering the construction and limited parking outside. The excuse of “the person who gave you the tour does not work at the property and didn’t have the correct information” is completely invalid. When we walked in for our self guided tour, Mia gave us all of the directions we needed. After viewing the property we fell in love with the place. We ended up talking to Mia and she showed us even more of the property and the ways they try to make the place there a welcoming community. Mia provided such a welcoming and encouraging energy that I immediately submitted an application.
