Please note that my review has to do exclusively with the moving out process. I am a former resident of AMLI 2121 and found the management during the move out process to be rude and uncompromising. During the move out process I did not return the car sticker because I no longer had my car – the engine completely failed, and it was sold for scraps. I am a current resident at Amli City Vista and my experience has been nothing short of Horrible. The hallways and all exits of the property reek of urine and animal feces. We are required to pay for Valet Living but the trash service is terrible. Expect for your trash to be missed many times a month but receive violations of $50. Management is terrible specifically Marcus the Community Manager. He has no regard for resident issues nor does he try to resolve them in a timely manner.
