I have lived at AMLI West Plano for almost 7 years. It has been a great place to be in every aspect of community living until the last several months. In the words of a Bob Dylan song, “The Times They Are A-Changin.”

Since I can't get ahold of anyone I'ma post this. I worked and live at Amli Design District for 4 and a half years but when ZRS bought the property they charged me for breaking my lease when I NEVER worked for ZRS and was NEVER a resident of their's. I paid everything I needed to and had to so I could "peacefully" transfer to Amli Addison but ZRS has a collection on me which ISN'T right. I did EVERYTHING that was asked of me yet AMLI could care less and ZRS I can't get ahold of as well. Y'ALL should be the ones having a coll... read more
So far so good. I’m a resident at AMLI Addison. I’m loving this place and my new life style. To be honest, considering the thousands of people they have among all communities, less than 7 bad reviews, is good. And after reading the reviews, it looks like anecdotal experiences. Not enough to push us away. Our experience has been fantastic so far.
