Since I can't get ahold of anyone I'ma post this. I worked and live at Amli Design District for 4 and a half years but when ZRS bought the property they charged me for breaking my lease when I NEVER worked for ZRS and was NEVER a resident of their's. I paid everything I needed to and had to so I could "peacefully" transfer to Amli Addison but ZRS has a collection on me which ISN'T right. So far so good. I’m a resident at AMLI Addison. I’m loving this place and my new life style. To be honest, considering the thousands of people they have among all communities, less than 7 bad reviews, is good. And after reading the reviews, it looks like anecdotal experiences. Not enough to push us away. Our experience has been fantastic so far.
By far the WORST apartment experience you will ever have. Terrible construction and access management, deterioration of amenities, and bogus move-out charge backs. I would never recommend an AMLI property anywhere. This corporate organization cannot be trusted. Save your time, money, and self - live anywhere else.
BEWARE OF AMLI!!! They "liquidated" my deposit (i.e. stole it) and then, after they lost the dispute that I filed with my credit card company, they re-invoiced me so they could send the new invoice to a debt collector. This action by AMLI was meant to be punitive to try and destroy my credit rating. I applied to rent an apartment at AMLI Grapevine on May 5th, 2023. I currently live at Amli Frisco Crossing. For over a month now I have been complaining about my upstairs neighbor allow her child or children to consistently run and Jump all day and night. The office keeps telling me it’s a part of community living and really act as if they don’t care. They even ask us to record it as if we are lying. I think it’s pretty jacked up that we pay this much money for the horrible customer service. I work from home so I deal with this all day and I don’t have the time to call every day.
