I was a resident of an AMLI property in Mid-Town Atlanta for 15 months. Our rent was fair, the view from our apartment was wonderful, and the building maintenance staff was one of the hardest working teams I've seen. Terrible experience. They do not care about the customers or residents at all. Major issues and I can only imagine that they start at the top. Save yourself, go elsewhere.

You need to leave a VM and they'll call you back after couple of days. But they don't seem to do anything but listen. I was told they'd look into something and provide me additional estimates on outlandish fees. And they responded after a couple of days they're not doing anything or providing anything. Edit: Too provide additional clarification to their response they overloaded fees that were inaccurate and say we'll send it to collections regardless if its disputed. When calling the Corporate phone number from the Company Profile, it rings but there is no Receptionist. Just a recording.

Have overlooked many of the issues in a complex by this company as we love our unit and the location, however, due to the neighbor above us and no actual action or change being done, we are being forced to move out in order to resume a normal sleep schedule where we are not kept up until 2am from booming music and then woken up again at 6am that same morning.
