Had a really good move in experience and all maintenance issues have been handled quickly!
AMLI Broadway Park was the best rental experience I have ever had! I am still sad I left. For perspective, I have lived in 11 different properties over the past 12 years so my review is coming from someone with rental experience in different parts of the country. Just moved in today. Have had a really good experience so far. Alana has been super helpful and gone above and beyond with the move-in process, along with the other staff here. The few people I've met while moving in seem super friendly. I toured a lot of apartments before choosing this one. Ultimately, I picked this apartment because the staff have been very responsive, unlike many of the others, it felt much cleaner and safer, and I really like that all the fees are included in your rent. Lived here for ~2 years and loved it. Felt very safe as a girl alone. Some homeless population but there's security there overnight that is there to help. Front desk was always kind & helpful. I specifically had several times where a package was not put in the correct spot but someone from the front desk would personally come help me find it.
