My living situation was not ideal before moving living here. The staff at AMIL at Uptown were FANTASTIC at helping me get settled into my place quick and comfortably. They’re all very helpful. 10 out of 10 in service.
The only remotely positive thing about this apartment complex is the amenities — when they’re actually working. Unfortunately, they’re on strict time limits and frequently out of service, so don’t count on using them when you actually want to. Prepare to be woken up almost every day by the trash pickup crew — apparently at the crack of dawn. So much for peaceful mornings. Want to park in the garage? Good luck. WOW! The AMLI UPTOWN staff truly knows how to make you feel welcome. Everyone is so nice and they all work efficiently and effectively! The maintenance crew Andy, Angel, and Chris really know what they're doing! The concierge team continuously goes above and beyond - shout out to Angie, Sydney, and Shannon! We just signed our 3rd lease here because it is so wonderful to live in LUXURY!
Overall a good experience with the building and facilities, especially the gym, and the pool - when it was actually open. We did get a bill for +$350 for replacing the carpet in the bedroom and claiming it was "soaked". Never responded to my inquiry about how/what it was soaked with, and attached a photo that doesn't show much. We have no pets, no kids, and have no idea what this is about as we only used the room to sleep and do not remember ever causing any damage to the carpet. I'm a resident at Amli and just had a work order done by an Amli associate named Andy. The order was fulfilled extremely quick and Andy was amazing. Probably the coolest guy in the building. Tbh, I'd only want him as my go-to man.
