Tommy is amazing! He replaced our kitchen faucet today and made sure everything was working perfectly. He was incredibly thorough, carefully checked every detail. On top of that, he took the time to look into a few other issues I brought up. I truly appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail!
Misty and Evelyn are amazing! They are both very professional yet very relatable, kind and friendly. I felt very comfortable with both of them. Misty took me on a tour of the property and it was a very pleasant experience. Those apartments are so well kept inside and outside. The floor plan that I saw was absolutely gorgeous. Terrible management, could never get a hold of anyone for any type of situation. Pest was terrible, trash compactor always broken and blocked off when overflowing. The gates were NEVER closed for safety for the 13 months I was there. I had a leak from the upstairs apartment and it took multiple times of contacting and hounding management for any type of solution/fix. Went to tour this community today and found the front desk (to the left) office staff to be obnoxious and rude. Stating we were interested in a 1 bedroom, before asking for our move in date we were told that there was no 1bedroom availability. She them went on to comment that my friend looked pregnant would need a two bedroom. Further insultingly, she then called her spoiled because we were specifically interested in the panola w/ the loft. The experience was such a turn off that we decided not to tour the community. I moved here to start a new chapter for me and my children, but instead, we’ve endured months of stress, loss, and unsafe conditions. Since early this year, I’ve had major problems with the apartment, including repeated HVAC leaks, mold growth spreading across furniture and personal belongings, and extended periods without hot water or functioning AC.
