I just want to take a moment to thank Vic he has been wonderful just so kind and humble and very caring making sure everything was in working condition in my apartment great, great staff here in this community!
Have been living here for 7 months now. Everything has been good so far but would argue this is not a luxury apartment complex as it is displayed on their website. When I was provided my unit, it was not clean and could see where walls/cabinets were painted over to cover up something that could have just been wiped down. Nail/push pin like holes on the walls where terribly concealed left from previous tenant leaving lumps on wall from not sanding the spackling paste before painting. The maintenance staff here are friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, and they respond to requests in a timely manner. Yesterday, I noticed smoke coming from my dishwasher after I turned it on and there was a smell of burning rubber. I immediately submitted a maintenance request. Vick responded within a few hours. When he arrived he was professional and friendly. He quickly assessed the damage and determined that my dishwasher needed to be replaced. He explained what the issue was and what he was going to do.
