Evelyn was a huge help today with getting us into the 2/2.5 Cloudland unit. She was very personable, relatable and very easy to talk to. She answered all of my questions. I told her what I wanted and she helped make sure I got it. The process was easy and fast, even on a Saturday! Highly recommend and I cannot wait to live here.
Shineka was our Leasing Professional. Absolutely a joy. Not only was she incredibly thorough but brought another professional along to show her the ropes. We were impressed with the property and the amenities and applied right away. Even when we ran into a snag with our application, Shineka spoke with the appropriate people to get everything squared away and ready for us to pay and move in on our date. Our family is grateful and excited for our new beginnings.
I initially had a positive experience when I moved in, thanks to a smooth process and helpful assistance from the leasing team. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Since moving in, I've had ongoing issues with my AC unit, which have caused my utility bills to skyrocket. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests and emailing the leasing office repeatedly, the issue remains unresolved. I toured the grounds and a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath apartment today. Evelyn took her time showing us around and didn’t rush us. She was super knowledgeable and helpful! Really impressed with all of the remodeling they’ve done! The apartment was beautiful. The gym is clean and stocked with everything you need from weights to cardio. And the pool and pool deck is absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a reasonable place to live in Suwanee. Go see Evelyn!
Don’t let the reviews fool you, they ask for tenants to do 5 star reviews upon move in but here’s the hard truth… This property is mismanaged, poorly maintained, and fails to enforce its own policies, leaving residents to deal with unacceptable living conditions. Despite claiming to be a non-smoking community, management does nothing to enforce this rule.
