Had a decent experience with the dealership, but what truly confirmed I was in the right place with the right people was meeting Mr. King. If it weren’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have gone through with buying the car. He was genuinely kind, patient, and took the time to help me find the best vehicle for my needs. Do not sign the paper that "waives" your right to a warranty. In Maryland cars can only be sold as is if the car is over 6 years old AND over 60k miles. regardless they will ignore request for issues to be covered. make sure to file a Maryland Attorney General consumer complaint, File Maryland MVA dealer violation complaint, Consider federal complaint for safety violations. Document everything incase they are unwilling come to a resolution.
