Sold me a messed up truck that put my kids life in danger. Went to an auto repair store and they found drums and other parts missing. Also vehicle couldn’t even pass inspection and shouldn’t have been sold or on road. No return to my call or request. Give run around. Scammed active duty military.
This dealership had me waste a whole Saturday and I didn't even get to look at a car. My Salesman Ron was good but the Manager and Finance Department is terrible. I arived at 1:08. They told me for well over a 2 hours that the car was in transit from Laurel to Temple hill. The car didn't arrive so I left and told them to call when it was there and I'd come back. We agreed on a deal for the car and price. I was told the car was finally made it at 4PM. 10 mins away from the dealership the called and said the car got sold.
Please do not waste your time calling these people. BAIT & SWITCH tactic. Waste of time for sure and zero customer service.
