My experience at the Amko Auto in Laurel was exceptional. The entire team was great but Mike is THE BEST. He was Very transparent, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and he provided the best customer service, starting from my initial call to the entire decision making and purchasing process, he was amazing. The rest of the team also showed the same courtesy and had the same energy with any interaction I had with anyone there. One positive; they do have a wide selection. At purchase, we gave them a list of items to fix on the vehicle prior to picking it up and it was not done! Got pulled over for having fake tags!!!!!! The dealership provided fake paper tags!! Thank goodness, we only got 4 WARNINGS and they didn't tow the vehicle.
How does a civic si go from 12k too 18k they use low prices on the advertisements too make it seem like a good deal then at the dealership they give you an insane price mark up because they had too do “repairs too them”😂
