If you are looking for a stressful and unprofessional car-buying experience, this is the place. I purchased a Sprinter van from this dealership on May 26. From the very beginning, the experience was unacceptable. The vehicle had several issues at the time of purchase, and I was told they would be addressed the following morning. Went to buy a tesla model 3 performance. I was told upfront that it currently couldnt run with the only problem being the HV battery. It’s mileage was still under tesla warranty so i didn’t mind that too much and decided to buy it about 4k under a newer, less driven performance tesla they had for sale. They ran my credit twice even though i said i was already prequalified and tried to tell me they couldn’t use the numbers i was prequalified with. I purchased a car from this dealership in September 2024 and over a year later I still do not have my permanent tags or registration. Despite paying for the vehicle in full (and any fees that should have covered this process), the dealership has failed to provide the proper paperwork or submit the necessary documents to the DMV.
