We live in the condos in Adrian, MI. We have lived here a few years now and love it. Great staff, always super helpful and kind.
Communication was horrible; we would call and leave a message, email and text with no response and if we did get a response it was days to weeks later. The owner wants to have a hand in everything even though he hired them as his property management. There is a leak in the roof to the basement at a light that was shorting out that after 10 months it still never got fixed; there are multiple things that were suppose to be fixed or taken care of before we moved in and never got fixed. Good communication is key with good management. They are in touch, let me know when somethings wrong, new leases are signed and sent right away, and they don’t over bill for turnarounds. Everything you are looking for as a landlord.
My experience for the last 9 years has been great! My former landlord was great! My new property manager is great as well! Anytime I reach out to Jamilynn, she's very responsive and willing to help. She always has a positive attitude and is results driven. She's the perfect property manager.
Definitely the best property manager I've ever had I've had a great a year at my place Jamilynn responds very quickly for any issue I've had !
