"I love my landlord" said no tenant ever, but it's true! AMK is reasonable, helpful beyond compare, VERY fast to respond to any inquiries/repairs, and I love how efficient they make renting. You pay your agreed upon rent on time (online even!), they provide a great product *and* back it up. ILY AMK, even if that's weird.
Great property management! I appreciate them asking permission to enter my unit if I’m not there and they need to access it. And I definitely appreciate their maintenance guy, Connor, for staying in contact with me and updating me when my washer needed repaired. No complaints as a tenant!
I had an amazing experience working with Jamilynn! She is incredibly kind, understanding, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She was very informative throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and making sure I was comfortable with every decision. Her professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone!
I do not recommend this company for anything. They will take application fee out of your bank account before they even have a complete application. Then they will not refund your money even though they tell you your application is not complete. This is not the way to do business!
Jamilynn has been the best property manager for us. I’d recommend her to everyone who needs help renting their home. She has been so responsive and helpful. We feel our home is in good hands with her!
