⭐ 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience with AMJ Campbell. I specifically asked AMJ in writing whether I needed to book the loading dock appointment before delivery. Their response was literally: “You don’t need to book an appointment for the loading dock.” Because of THEIR direct instruction, I did not reserve the loading dock or elevator. Then on delivery day, the movers suddenly claimed the exact opposite — saying a loading dock and elevator booking were required — and refused to complete the delivery. Horrible experience with AMJ’s receptionist Robert Shank. He is so rude and unprofessional. If any company has this kind of person representing them at front desk, I would prefer to avoid it. Pls never ever book any service with AMJ. 👎
