If i could give minus stars I would have. The unpacking team was lazy and unequipped to complete the job. Out of frustration I sent them on their way after being told by the lead that even if we unpacked the items would be covered. From the beginning working with your company was been a nightmare. At origin, Ottawa, your packers did not pack the items properly leading to breakage. They did not label the items correctly leading to items being scattered all over my new home. Terrible company that does not take accountability or give the right delivery information. Wastes so much of my time. I wish the furniture brands I was buying from did not use these guys. They rescheduled a delivery on the phone and then I got zero confirmation of it. Then I got the schedule and it was still the date that I had cancelled. Tried to get on the phone with them again and they don’t pick up. Twice they have wasted my time and energy trying to deal with them. Really horrible customer care.
I had a positive experience with this moving company. They were highly responsive and friendly and charged me a very reasonable amount. The move was tough because of the vendors of my new condo and therefore the move took hours longer than it should have and the three male movers were so nice about it. Unfortunately a couple of things broke and one chair went missing but the company took my concerns and insurance claim seriously and paid for all of it. I would highly recommend this moving company
We are expecting a couch delivery today— AMJ sent us a time 2 days ago and we booked our moving elevator accordingly . It is downtown toronto, so paperwork and arrangement atleast a day or two in advance is needed. We confirmed this date and time . Then late last night it was changed to 530 to 730 pm?!!!! I was on hold for 14 mins and once I pick up they quickly hung up the phone. What kind of customer service is this???
