We are expecting a couch delivery today— AMJ sent us a time 2 days ago and we booked our moving elevator accordingly . It is downtown toronto, so paperwork and arrangement atleast a day or two in advance is needed. We confirmed this date and time . Then late last night it was changed to 530 to 730 pm?!!!! I was on hold for 14 mins and once I pick up they quickly hung up the phone. What kind of customer service is this???

⭐ 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience with AMJ Campbell. I specifically asked AMJ in writing whether I needed to book the loading dock appointment before delivery. Their response was literally: “You don’t need to book an appointment for the loading dock.” Because of THEIR direct instruction, I did not reserve the loading dock or elevator. Then on delivery day, the movers suddenly claimed the exact opposite — saying a loading dock and elevator booking were required — and refused to complete the delivery.
