GOOD COMMUNICATION
Update: within this entire interaction I received only one phone call from amity truck and tractor asking me to purchase a new engine and have it sent to them. Every other communication was initiated by me in an effort to find out what was going on with my tractor. It sat for 6 months waiting a month in between calling, each time they tried to re-assure me that it would get done.
