Lied about the amount of time it would take to finish Edit to respond to your reply. Maybe tell your backyard mechanic to do further investigating when he inspects a vehicle to give a quote on what’s wrong and make sure to give appropriate time frames. All you do is point the finger and never apologize when someone calls you out. Edited again: they wouldn’t let us pick it up without paying for work they never did
Yuri saved the day for us. We are so thankful she had the time to help us out. We didn't have a car break down, but a bicycle. Yuri picked us up and took us to our hotel where we could get our situation sorted. Thank you again!
