If I could put zero starts i would. Horrible people, horrible customer service. If you care for your loved ones DO NOT use this service. The elderly do not deserve to be treated the way this company treats them.
They don't deserve not even one star very unprofessional, they hung up on me when, I asked why they would cancel a trip on the same day when the transportation was confirmed the day before.

Yesterday they was two hours late,when i called the company thet got mad at me. Unproffesional, I dont know how they are still in business since they are always late.
