I regret to share my experience with Sally Wilhelm, who signed all the returns under Amity One Tax. They have taken down my reviews before stating she doesn't work there anymore. But she did when she did this to me. As it has been nothing short of a nightmare. They get your $$ and then don't communicate with you. I have been trying to get my 23 & 24 taxes done to complete my debt for 3 months now...can't even file my 25s until they are completed
Omg. Been with company since dec I only talk to people when it's time for payment I swear this company is a fraud and a scam now they will not except my payment run from this company delete ND block the number if u have it. Up date. 1year in half. Went from 35k. To 40k. They literally every month ask me for bank statements thank GOD I got some of my money back to me this wasxa waist of time a scam and should be sued. Dont do it. They fired the 1 person that was trying to help me sad
I received multiple text messages from this company stating that "a loan was requested in my name" and that they need help with the "application process". I tried calling the company and they hung up on me multiple times when I inquired about the loan. Eventually someone stated on the phone that the company sends out fake messages to alert customers because they get a better response by scaring people into thinking they have a loan, than if they state that a customer is pre-approved. Paid $5500 through third party with Amity one and they did nothing for me. I want my money back. In fact they cost me $2000 additional penalties from IRS waiting for them to do something. There should be negative stars to check on here!
