Just plain sorry dr office. They told me I had no mass but I did Bobbi ordered the MRI tells me I have no mass in which I did. I called left multiple messages no call back. People don't waste your time going there not good drs there.

Went round and round on the phone with them to get a letter of capacity for my dad who's in memory care and can't afford it unless he can sell his house. We've received 3 letters from his primary doctor and 2 registered nurses with no problem. They did an assessment and told me they would need to see his mri and ct scan results. I provided those results and was told they couldn't provide the letter.

I walk in at 730 for my morning appointment the girl at check-in says I can't help you I'm not clocked in as she continued to play on her phone. Then I get shown to a room. At 730 am one would hope the building or rooms are cleaned/emptied regularly. The room I get put in had a full trash of used gloves, the pillows plastic cover was visibly dirty and yellow, the two chairs in the room had clear dirt wear marks.
