I was in a rush and walked in and QT gave me a great manicure. She was skilled and fast. They came out perfect. I usually see Anh Kim. She’s e most detail oriented nail technician and so nice.
I’ve been coming here regularly for over 4 years, but unfortunately this experience was enough for me to decide not to return. I made an appointment with QT but was given a different tech because they were running behind. After being seated for my pedi, I waited another 45 minutes before anyone started my service. I did a walk in appointment for gel-x and Angel was my nail tech. This is one of only two times in my life I haven’t tipped for a cosmetic service. Not only was she rude (pulling my hands, laughing when I expressed confusion/ asked a question, rushing color choice), but she ignored my concern about the glue burning (I get my nails done every 2 weeks - it should never burn you) that she got on my skin/ beyond my nail.
