They broke my tv, made me a small offer as payment as “a favor” and then took back their offer and never responded to me again. I asked for a copy of their business insurance policy. They said the have insurance through Nationwide but when I asked them for a copy of the insurance they stopped responding to my emails and phone calls. I’m not sure if they even carry business insurance. Instead of wasting my time fighting with them I would rather help someone else not be in my situation in the future. I’m very very disappointed with the terrible service. This move was planned almost three months ago. They show up at my house and call and said they did not have a third person due to being short staffed. One guy said they hired him the day before with no training. Basically he was a last minute call. Started a one apartment move at 9:45 am and did not finish until 4pm. The one gentleman stayed on his phone saying he was talking to a manager about another move. Overall happy with the service. I called and they gave me a $10/hr discount right off the bat. I was able to book them for just two hours (a lot of other companies have a 3 hr minimum, and thus more expensive). Came with a very large truck (more than I needed) and had three movers (although I was told it would just be 2). Worked quickly and they were friendly to me.
