Me and My Wife bought a 2016 Sea Hunt Ultra 211. I decided to Look for New boats Amity Harbor Marine was my first stop and i Have to say i felt the best with them the Sales man John was so honest and never made me feel Pushed to buy the boat and told me to go and look at all the manufacturers and see whats out there and then make your decision I went to just about 15 other dealerships and i felt that Amity Harbor Marine was the perfect choice and the Sea Hunt was the best bang for the buck. had all the things that i was look... read more
Sales guys are very nice (to sell you the boat). Service is HORRIBLE. Customer service is terrible. Expect to be lied to and cursed at. Have waited over a year to resolve an issue, which is STILL not resolved. Continuously jerked around. To boot, the service manager (Ron - the owner's SON) just threw boat keys at us and threw us out, His vocabulary consists of a lot of F' bombs. Buy your boat elsewhere! Sea Hunt should pull this dealership.
